During the election for the Position of The Youth Member of Parliament for North and West Oxfordshire, Reece came up with the proposal, along with his advisers, to build up an Election Team. Thus he started putting the plans in motion to create a Cabinet. Within a month they were able to build up one of the most successful Youth Cabinets to date, with every person undertaking a certain position.

During the election Fraser Webster Head of Technology and Video Advertising soon created "Fox Watch" and also went out around with Reece filming Videos that were a big success being watched by many in schools and at home.

Meanwhile, Thom Muddle built up an excellent website Empire; The Bebo Band he created received over 300 fans within a few weeks, and Thom also was successful in setting up the first MYP Personal Website for a Candidate. Thom was also able to set up, along with Fraser Webster, "Fox Watch" where YouTube videos made would be watched by the Public.

Additionally as apart of Fox’s Team there was also Josh and Jack Head of Design who helped design many posters and most of all, away from there official titles, Helping Reece win the Election.

Finally there was Darren Miller and Katie Martin who both helped Reece with containing arguments and concerning points in Cabinet debate opinions.

Also, when the election results were announced, nearly all of foxes cabinet stood up when Reece gave his first ever public speech, Reece received views from people including M.P’s who were very impressed with all of the Campaign Team.

Ultimately the Cabinet worked through from the creation of the Cabinet in November 2007 to the Election Day it self, Wednesday 18th of January 2008 allowing Reece and his team to win the Election with 80%+ of the Votes.
